BTC Whitepaper - It’s only right we start this off with the crypto bible - the BTC whitepaper by Satoshi Nakamoto. If you haven’t read this yet, you MUST.
Messari - a great overall resource that can be used to create a crypto watchlist, charts, and even filter tokens against certain investment criteria! They provide research on macro market conditions, Web 3, DeFi, and will even provide fair valuations for certain digital assets. Also have a mobile application.

Solana Explorers - These are Solana specific, but it’s important to be familiar with explorers of any network you transact on as they are the basis of all transactions you conduct as a user. They are super important to understand custody, tokens or NFTs you hold, and how you wallet interacts with DeFi applications.
SOLSCAN - Probably the most user friendly, Solscan allows users to easily filter through transaction types and view your NFTs. Have you ever minted before & your NFT image wasn’t loading in your wallet? This is the place to go to check it out! This will load sooner than any issues with your wallet as all explorers pull data directly from the network chain.
Solscan - The most intuitive Solana explorer
At the bottom here, Solscan will let you filter by transaction type as mentioned. If you’re wondering if your favorite influencer has sold their NFTs they shilled, this would be the place to look. If you want to see how much SOL has come in/out of your wallet without all your marketplace transactions, you can!
SOLANA BEACH - Solana Beach will also allow you to search the blockchain. However, it is great for viewing validator data. If you’re looking to stake directly to a validator node, this is the place to come. They will show you validator’s by location (which matters in the case of jurisdictional regulations or political conditions), how long is left in the staking epoch, a validator’s success rate, & most importantly the commission they take!
